A program aimed at improving the skills of chefs is being implemented through the cooperation between the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Defense.

The Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense, has organized short-term training courses to upgrade and retrain the chefs of the Command of the Guard Troops for Categorized Facilities of the Ministry of Defense.

This initiative aims to enhance the professional skills of military chefs, introduce modern culinary trends, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. As a result, meals prepared for military personnel will not only be delicious but also nutritious, high-quality, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

What is taught in the course?

🔹 Modern cooking techniques — training on national and international dishes
🔹 Sanitary and hygiene rules — ensuring safety in military unit kitchens
🔹 Rational nutrition — recommendations for improving the diet of service personnel
🔹 Efficient use of ingredients and food products

This cooperation serves as an example of effective partnership between the Ministry of Defense and the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan, contributing to further improvement of food quality in military units. Moreover, such initiatives help enhance the physical condition and efficiency of military personnel by ensuring proper and well-balanced nutrition.
