Chef Qualification Enhancement Courses Launched
In coordination with NMMC JSC and the NMMC Employees’ Trade Union Council, an action plan to further improve service quality was approved by the Catering Combines of the “NMMC Foundation” State Enterprise.
Within this plan, special professional development courses have been organized for chefs working within the Foundation, in cooperation with the Uzbekistan Chefs Association.
“During these courses, chefs are introduced to innovations in healthy and preventive nutrition, as well as key aspects that require increased attention,” says Nafisa Hamroyeva, chef of Kitchen No. 4 at the “Uchquduq” Catering Combine.
