Gastronomy Seminar and Master Classes Held in Namangan

On April 29–30 of this year, an important event dedicated to the field of gastronomy — a seminar and a series of master classes — was held in the Namangan region. The event was organized at the initiative of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan.

The two-day program was designed for chefs and waitstaff of leading hotels and restaurants in the region, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their professional skills, gain new knowledge, and familiarize themselves with modern trends in the industry.

Throughout the event, participants received both theoretical and practical insights into modern approaches to managing gastronomic services, innovative customer service techniques, and the integration of national and international culinary styles.

During the master classes, expert chefs shared their experience and demonstrated cooking processes using modern technologies. Such practical sessions play an important role not only in improving qualifications but also in developing local culinary culture.

According to participants, seminars and master classes of this kind are vital for improving service quality, strengthening hospitality culture, and increasing the region’s tourism appeal.

It is worth noting that this initiative is considered an important step toward increasing the number of international and domestic tourists, creating a comfortable environment for visitors, and further developing tourism infrastructure.

Over the course of two days, 60 chefs and waiters took part in the seminar and master classes, improving their skills and receiving special certificates.
