From May 13 to 16, one of the most prestigious culinary tournaments of the region — Gold Shah 2025 — was held at the Baku Expo Center in Azerbaijan.

The championship was organized with the support of Worldchefs and the Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association, bringing together over 100 participants from 8 countries, including Turkey, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Serbia, and others. The level of competition was extremely high, with each team showcasing professionalism, creativity, and national culinary identity.

Despite the strong competition, the team of the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan, supported by the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, performed confidently and won multiple awards in several categories!
