According to the order No. 01-17/62-som of the Tourism Committee dated February 24, 2025, a professional development course for hotel and restaurant chefs in the areas of hotel management and public catering organization has been launched for August 26–27, 2025.
Today marked the first day of the course. Throughout the session, participants enhanced their knowledge and skills in modern service standards, innovations in culinary arts, and management practices.
