Under the leadership of Akbar Khamdamovich Umarov, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Chefs Association, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with:
— Manizha Rustamovna Niyozova, Chairwoman of the Association of Restaurateurs of Tajikistan,
— Gulnara Nurghanatovna Katibayeva, Chairwoman of the Restaurateurs Club Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This memorandum marks an important step toward strengthening cooperation among Central Asian countries in the fields of gastronomy, restaurant management, and hospitality.
The parties agreed to create joint projects, exchange professional experience, organize festivals and championships, as well as develop educational programs aimed at promoting national cuisine and improving the qualifications of industry specialists.
This alliance opens new horizons for the gastronomic industry of Central Asia.
