The Uzbekistan Chefs Association proudly showcased the national gastronomy as an integral part of the country’s tourism brand at the “Uzbekistan – Oman: New Opportunities of the Pearl of the Silk Road” tourism forum, organized by the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Oman.

As part of the presentation, guests were offered traditional Uzbek dishes that left a lasting impression.

The gastronomic exhibition sparked strong interest among representatives of Omani tourism companies, hotel chains, and sectoral organizations. The national dishes became a vivid symbol of the rich culture and hospitality of the Uzbek people.

Alongside the forum, B2B and G2B meetings were held, where participants discussed tourism development prospects, joint projects, and cultural cooperation.

The Uzbekistan Chefs Association will continue to actively participate in international initiatives to promote the national cuisine and strengthen Uzbekistan’s image as a center of gastronomic tourism along the Silk Road.
