Salad "Uzbekistan"

For 5-6 persons
Boiled beef 150 g.
Boiled turkey 150 g.
Tomatoes 150 g.
Cucumber 150 g.
Radish 150 g.
Corn 150 g.
Cream 240 g.
Greens 60 g.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cut boiled beef, turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers, radish. Add corn, salt, black pepper, greens, cream and mix all. Serve in salad bowl, decorate with radish pieces and greens.

SOUP "Tashkent"

For 5-6 persons
Lamb 600 g.
Potatoes 400 g.
Carrot 150 g.
Tomatoes 200 g.
Fat of sheep's tail 25 g.
Red pepper 1 pod
Leek 1 bunch
Maintain cherry plum 50 g.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

"Dolma with vegetables"

For 5-6 persons
Egg-plants 200 g.
Tomatoes 200 g.
Potatoes 200 g.
Paprika 200 g.
Beef or lamb 600 g.
Rice 100 g.
Onion 150 g.
Dill 50 g.
Cream 200 g.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Wash egg-plants, tomatoes, paprika, cut the tails off and slit for 2-3 parts, clean from seeds. Wash and pell the potatoes and make a deeping. Fill the vegetables with minced meat and put onto the dish. Cook till readiness in gas or electric oven.

For minced meat: grind the meat. Mix it with cut onion, rice, seasonnings, dill and pepper.

Serve the dish poured with cream.

"Stuffed red cabbage rolls"

For 5-6 persons
Red cabbage 400 g.
Lamb 400 g.
Rice 75 g.
Dill 30 g.
Broth or water 350 g.
Cream 150 g.
Onion 300 g.

For minced meat take fat meat and grind it. Mix with onion, greens, add half-boiled rice, salt, pepper, caraway. Boil red cabbage till half cooked. Sort out the leaves, put some minced meat in the middle of each one and roll them up. Cook in broth or water. Serve the rolles poured with broth and cream.
