The Association Chefs is preparing to take part in Open International BBQ championship of Poland which is to be from 20 till 22 of August, 2010.

The teams from different countries will take part in it to compete in cooking the most delicious barbeque. Besides, there will be the festival where the teams is going to show thei uniforms and signs.

The motto of the chempionship is "MEET HAPPY PEOPLE AND MAKE FRIENDS, ENJOY MAZURI LANDSCAPE AND COOK FINE BARBEQUE!"

The junior team of Chefs Association of Uzbekistan consisting of 4 participants and also the General Manager and the Chef, who were in judgment staff taking part in the International Competition of Juniors in Culinary art and Service in Ukraine, the following participants had won:

Chefs Association of Uzbekistan with GM Mr. Umarov A. H. and chef of the Association Somadov A.R., and expert from Germany Duballa A., who has come to hold a master-class for CAU in restaurant “Golden Hill”, organized a seminar about attendance and victory in International Competition in Ukraine. Students have been informed about the competition, difficulty of challenge and the brilliant victory of Association students studying in Tourism College.

In Tashkent was held international culinary art fest “Tasanno-2011”. The event devoted to 20-anniversary of our country had been organized in cooperation of Friendship Societies Council and Cultural-Educational connections of Uzbekistan with foreign Countries and Chefs Association of Uzbekistan.

On September 14 in Tashkent Palace Hotel was held a presentation of a book “Top 100 foods of Uzbekistan chefs”. It’s a first published book about the culinary of Uzbekistan and devoted for 20-anniversary of Independence of Republic.
