From time to time The Association Chefs of Uzbekistan conducts culinary discussions on different themes like new modern and ethnic dishes, useful dishes, modern kitchen equipment, high quality chefs change the art of the auther dishes cooking and so on.
Our Club is under the direction of Association's chef Somodov A.R. and its constant participants are Juraeva Zuhra, Aliev M., "Intercontinental" hotel chef Nemal Gunarvardena and many others.
We wish our cooks keep up the times, keep all novelties of culinary world. So everybody can divide his invaluable knowledge and pass them to the young generationand also it's discussed all the details of young cooks education and job possibilities.
