In 2018, the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan came up with an initiative to introduce a national type of breakfast in hotels, hostels and guest houses of the republic. Kaimak, flatbread, seasonal fruits and vegetables, tea, navat, nuts, dried fruits and traditional sweets - all this is planned to be included in the Uzbek breakfast standard and make it a unique brand like Turkish, English or French breakfast.
