The capital confectioners, amateurs and professionals had a wonderful opportunity to improve their skills and gain new knowledge in the cooking of desserts under the guidance of a famous confectioner.
Master classes were held on the basis of the International Center for Uzbek Culinary Arts at the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan.

Alexander since 14 age have been working in the kitchen as an assistant chef at hotels Marriott, Baltschug Kempinski and other famous restaurants, gaining experience from foreign masters. At the same time, he was studying for a technologist, confectioner and teacher. At the age of eighteen, Alexander began to participate in competitions, where each of his work surprised international judges, causing delight and deserving respect among his colleagues. After the first victories, he was invited to work as a confectioner at the award-winning to the French restaurant “Parizien”, where he developed an exquisite dessert map. After winning the World Chocolate Masters competition, he was awarded the title of the best confectioner of Russia. At age 21, he became World Champion in confectionery in Luxembourg. After the deafening victory, he was invited throughout Russia to conduct master classes, as well as for consultations, the renewal of the confectionery assortment in coffee houses, restaurants and for helping in the opening the productions. After having done a great job, Alexander in 2008 decided to open a professional school "Vip-Masters" in Moscow where you can get valuable knowledge and learn professional skills.
