IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF “MIRAN INTERNATIONAL” HOTELS EMPLOYEES

Nowadays, the leaders of the hotel market of Uzbekistan pay more attention to the professionalism of their staff in order to provide quality service to guests. In addition, middle-level staff also need to improve their knowledge and skills in the area in which they are involved. In this direction, the International Center for Uzbek Culinary Arts helps its partners by providing master classes at various levels and refresher courses.

The next training course for waiters was held in the hotel "Miran International" from 21st July  to the 1st August, 2014. 13 employees of the "Food and Beverage" department (food and drinks), three of whom were supervisors, took part in the conducted service training. In the process of raising the professional level, the students received fundamental knowledge and skills in technology and technology of serving foreign guests, the technique of working and serving the waiters. Each of the participants were provided with teaching aids. The experts in service and hospitality A.U.Mashkov and E.R.Akovbyants performed  a two-week training in accordance with modern international requirements and standards.

At the end of the training, was held the final control, which consisted of two parts. The first part - testing, the second part - a practical exam in the technology of serving guests. Despite some comments, the examiners appreciated the level and necessity of the professional preparedness of the participants of this training.

According to HoReCa experts, key employees of the Miran International Hotel pay great attention to the provision of quality service. Therefore, this hotel is leading in the provision of services in the segment of business suites.

To be sensible of the fact that the highest level of F&B and HR departments by working in this hotel, makes a great contribution to the development of hospitality in Uzbekistan. The Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan and the International Center of Uzbek Culinary Arts decided to issue certificates "For a major contribution to the development of hospitality and service in Uzbekistan" to the managers of the departments of F&B and HR.

According to the results of the training, to the all participants were awarded certificates of the International Center for Uzbek Culinary Arts.
